Let Me Stand Alone
Let Me Stand Alone is a promotional website launched in conjunction with the publication of the book of the same name containing the journals of peace activist Rachel Corrie. The site was developed with the Corrie family to promote the book, the accompanying book tour, and the continuing performances of the play, My Name Is Rachel Corrie.

Darfur Diaries
Movement Studio worked with the filmmakers of the documentary Darfur Diaries to redesign their website. The site needed to be easier to update by volunteers with no html experience. We also wanted to incorporate RSS feeds, image galleries, and some streaming video clips to help promote the film.

ICAHD USA
The Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions, USA is the United States partner organization to ICAHD in Israel. Based in North Carolina, ICAHD-USA works to educate the American public about the negative effects Israeli government policy has on building real peace. The group also works to raise funds to support ICAHD-Israel’s program of rebuilding the homes of Palestinians demolished by the Israeli government.

Ellen O’Grady
Ellen O’Grady is an artist in North Carolina. Ellen lived in the West Bank and Gaza Strip for several years coinciding with the beginning and end of the first intifada. Since then her work has attempted to tell the stories of the ordinary people she met during that time who, she discovered, are not ordinary at all. In 2005 Ellen self-published her first book, “Outside The Ark: An Artists Journey in Occupied Palestine” and toured the country promoting it.

Elevated Basement Studio

Elevated Basement Studio is Savannah, Georgia’s premier artist-friendly recording facility. The studio has hosted artists from across the spectrum, including Gregg Allman, the Atlanta Rythem Section, the late Vassar Clements, Tony Rice, Redneck Greece, Samurai Celestial of Sun Ra’s Arkestra and more. Famed producers Tom Dowd, John Snyder, Charles Dye, Cesar Sogbe and many others have engineered there.

Superhorse

Savannah’s original shit-rocking supergroup, Superhorse has been flying the southern bar-rock flag for nearly 9 years. Their debut release (yes, their debut after 9 years) “The High Impedance Majesty of Superhorse” was named one of the best albums of 2005 by Georgia Music Magazine. They are consistently named at the top of Savannah and southern Georgia “best of” lists. Superhorse offers downloadable songs, their album and other ep releases, and merchandise at their site.

International Trauma Treatment Program

The International Trauma Treatment Program (ITTP) is a community-supported non-profit organization that trains practitioners to treat complex trauma inflicted by torture, war, and natural disasters. ITTP seeks to break these cycles and restore victims’ physical and psychological health through treatment and education.

Greensboro HIVE
The Greensboro HIVE is a collectively-run community space in Greensboro, North Carolina. After opening its doors in October, 2007, The HIVE has become a hub of community and progressive movement building in Greensboro. Several of the Partner organizations located in The HIVE have their own distinct sections of the site. Planned site developments include pod and video casting and an online zine library and archive.

Rachel’s Words

Rachel Corrie was a young American activist who was killed by the Israeli military in the Gaza Strip in 2002 while attempting to protect the home of a doctor and his family. The Rachel’s Words initiative was sparked by the cancellation of the New York run of the play My Name Is Rachel Corrie. Fully supported by the Corrie family, Rachel’s Words is working to build knowledge of Rachel’s legacy and to spread her message of cooperative peace-building.
